They're using the empty space on the truck as their diving board. You can see they are all having fun. That's one of the good things we Filipinos have. Yes, we are suffering but It doesn't mean we need to be depress. We flip the situation and reacts to it positively. We have our ways to bring out happiness at times like this.

People here in edison road are seriously all wet. Even we are experiencing flood and non-stop rain look at those kids enjoying the moment.
