LAX Airport Shooting: James Franco, Nick Jonas, Mythbusters Stars React From the Scene

Tragedy struck at Los Angeles International Airport today inside Terminal 3 when gunfire opened up, injuring multiple people.
Reports are also saying that a suspect was shot by law enforcement shortly after gunfire opened, and was taken into police custody. A press conference was held at 11:30 a.m. which explained that there were numerous injuries, but did not go into full detail about the suspect or number of people hurt.
In a strange twist, Mythbusters stars Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara were actually inside the terminal at the time of the shooting. Both took to Twitter to live-tweet the scary ordeal, and snapped photos of the scene as the entire event unfolded.
"Something crazy is going down at LAX," Tory initially wrote. "People running everywhere. We just got evacuated."

"Shooters in #LAX That was f***ing terrifying!" he added. "We are being shuttled away from the terminal now. Eyewitness said the shooter had an assault rifle."
He then shared that people were moved into a safe location, with people's nerves beginning to "settle" after what had transpired.
Meanwhile, James Franco was sitting on a plane while the shooting took place. He snapped a photo on Instagram with the caption, "At #lax Some s**tbag shot up the place."
Chris Harrison also reported from the scene, where he was gearing up to travel for work.
"Incredible response by LAPD & airport authority," he tweeted. "This place was locked tight w precision quickly. God bless first responders!"

Other celebrities reacted to the terrible news on their respective Twitter accounts:
Beth Behrs: "Just read about LAX. This is horrible. Praying everyone is ok."
Sara Bareilles: "I'm horrified by the shooting at LAX. I feel so saddened by why so many people turn to violence. Only love can take the place of hate."
Ian Somerhalder "Can we stop shooting each other!!!!!!????? Damint! 3 days ago shooting in my neighborhood now LAX? WTF???!!!"
Kelly Osbourne "WTF!!! I really hope everyone at LAX is ok and the  get that shooter fast!"
Nick Jonas "Currently waiting on the plane in a remote parking area. I am safe. Praying for the victims of this shooting."
Lisa Ling: "Shooting at LAX? guess I better turn my car around and am not flying for a while."

Joe Jonas Slams "Ridiculous" Drug Rumors: "I've Never Touched Heroin in My Life"

After the Jonas Brothers abruptly canceled their tour in mid-October—and before the group officially disbanded—reports surfaced that Joe Jonas was suffering from a drug problem. According to the "See No More" singer himself, however, such stories couldn't be further from the truth.
"It's ridiculous!" the 24-year-old musician says, breaking his silence about the accusations for the first time ever. "We're not saying anything for two or three weeks and I'm a drug addict!"
Joe's girlfriend, Blanda Eggenschwiler, was also accused of using illegal substances. "It's obviously not true. I've never touched heroin in my life. Neither has my girlfriend," the pop star insists. "It's hilarious to me, but also frustrating as well. It pissed me off when it's about my girl and even about myself."
The Camp Rock star decided to address the allegations after fans began to take the rumors seriously. "I was walking down the street and people are asking me if they can give me a hug and how rehab is," Joe tells People. "I'm like, 'You tell me because I've never been.'"
During an Oct. 30 Good Morning America interview, Joe said he's excited to pursue his own projects. "This is the first time in a long time we've had time to focus on ourselves and support each other through that," he explained. "Like [Nick Jonas] said, we know it's going to be sad for a lot of people, but for us, we are looking forward to the future."

Family Feud Alert?! The Jonas Brothers Cancel Tour Because of "Big Disagreement Over Music Direction"

Apparently, there's some friction between the Jonas Brothers.
NickJoe and Kevin Jonas, who shot to fame after forming their boy band in 2005, have canceled their upcoming tour two days before it was set to kick off in Pennsylvania, E! News confirms (People first broke the story). And it turns out the reasoning behind it is all about the music.
"There is a deep rift within the band," their rep tells E! News. "There was a big disagreement over their music direction."
No other specifics on the situation were discussed, but ticket holders can expect to be fully refunded.
Although each band member has pursued different projects in the recent years—Nick and Joe's solo albums and acting careers, Kevin's reality show on E! and a baby on the way—the trio never seemed to show a sign of growing apart.
Just yesterday, the Jonas Brothers joined other musical artists, actors, world-renowned speakers and international activists at We Day Minnesota to educate, engage and empower 18,000 student leaders to change the world. The band performed their single "Pom Poms" and Joe shared his personal experiences from working with Free The Children to help build schools in Kenya.
Additionally, the three guys were spotted partying together for Nick's big 21st birthday bash in Las Vegas last month.
Are you sad to hear about the tour? Sound off in the comments!
