Every year MAD Magazine releases its signature “20 Dumbest” article, featuring some of the dumbest people, events and things of the past year.
According to this year’s cover photo, some of the dumbies include Barack Obama, Alex Rodriguez, The US Congress,Anthony Weiner, Paula Deen and, of course, woman of the year: Miley Cyrus. From humping and violating foam fingers, to sticking her tongue out more than Michael Jordan, to twerking on practically everything that moves, Miley Cyrus has sure had quite the year.
We were fortunate enough to obtain an exclusive cover photo from MAD’s top article on the young pop star, and by the looks of the hilarious image, we can bet it’s going to be a pretty entertaining article too.
Apparently Apple’s security isn’t quite up to par. The Secret Service forbids Obama from using the premier smartphone, which he told people at an Affordable Care Act awareness event.
“I’m not allowed for security reasons to have an iPhone”Obama
He has been photographed using Macbooks and iPads in the past, so the ban does not extend to all Apple products. The President’s phone of choice is a 2007 Blackberry, a company much more trusted by Federal clandestine agencies.
The Reuters coverage of this story had a couple fascinating nuggets of information. Obama said that only about 10 people have his personal email address, but that is enough for him to need a smartphone.
Their report also shared that former presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton both did not send any emails during their presidencies.

We all remember that fateful day when Steve Jobs admitted to taking acid. Moreover, he didn’t just admit to it, he advocated for it; preaching to students and alum that all people who want to open their minds and free themselves creatively should have at least one good trip. Drug addicts and stoners alike rejoiced, because they know that anyone taking acid most definitely smokes weed. It really was one small step for acid, one giant step for pot.
Once the tech entrepreneur admitted to taking drugs, it seemed okay for everyone else to admit to it. I mean, if this man was singlehandedly changing the world while high, why can’t we admit to smoking the reefer? Thus, the acceptance of marijuana was born — as long as you were smart enough to back it up.
There’s a common misconception that weed makes kids dopey and lazy. However, anyone who smokes knows that weed makes you smarter. Of course there are those cases of the burn outs, but the motivated ones are able to use bud as an enhancer. So anytime your parents are complaining about how weed is going to ruin your future, remind them that the mostbrilliant minds of our time wouldn’t have achieved anything without the help of the herb.
Barack Obama
His nickname back in the day was Barack O-ganja….
James Franco
He’s an author, a professor and just everything that’s right about smoking weed.
Steve Jobs
It takes a high man to develop the logo of an apple for his entire empire.
Jay Z
You can’t write lyrics like a God without the power of the herb. He also must have been smoking something when he named his baby Blue Ivy.
Natalie Portman
Our favorite actress admitted to smoking weed while in college… at just a little school by the name of Harvard.
Morgan Freeman
He openly admits that weed should be decriminalized, and he’s the only actor esteemed enough to play God. That’s gotta count for something.
Arnold Schwarzenegger
If you’ve ever seen his documentary “Pumping Iron,” you got an up close and personal look at terminator chillin’ on a fattie and loving life.
Seth Macfarlane
You can’t make a show for stoners and about stoners, without being a stoner.
Sean Parker
He just donated $100,000 to marijuana legalization in California, and I don’t think it was for business purposes.
Though small acts of kindness are to be appreciated, there's nothing like an awesome, grandiose act of kindness, either!

Prince William is really reppin' the royals these days!
On Wednesday, Nov. 6, the future king of the United Kingdom greeted South Korean president Park Geun-hye at a ground-breaking ceremony revealinged the design for the Korean War memorial in London. While William met informally with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama during their 2011 State visit to London, his meeting with South Korea's first female president marked his first official time performing State duties typically handled by Queen Elizabeth II.
The Korean War, which spanned the years of 1950 to 1953, was between what we now know as South Korea, backed by the United Nations, United States, and Britain, and North Korea, which was then supported by the Commonwealth of China. Per London's Express, 85,000 British servicemen fought in support of South Korea and over 1,000 died
"This memorial will remind future generations of the remarkable fruits of British friendship which will forever be etched in the hearts of the Korean people," President Geun-hye told the paper.
William, said it was "an honor to be here," adding, "It's the least I could do. It's been a good opportunity for me to catch up and learn a bit more about the war."
A British veteran of the war, 82-year-old Tommy Clough, spoke with the papers about his interactions with the 31-year-old prince. "When he found out I was a prisoner of war, he asked about the conditions in the camp and about the climate," he said. "It means a great deal to have the future king of England here."
The actual memorial isn't expected to be completed until summer 2014, but just breaking the ground alone meant a lot to many. "It means everything to have this," one veteran said. "So many people don't know about the war. It came too soon after the end of World War Two and the country had had enough of war."
Makes sense. Later in the evening Queen Elizabeth II did take back her royal role. She, Prince Philip and Prince Andrew hosted President Geun-hye at a Buckingham Palace banquet.
Happy Halloween, President Barack Obama and Former President George W. Bush!
The duo celebrated the fun and festive day with adorable kids and plenty of cheer. What more would you expect from the two family men?
Mila Hager posed with her proud grandpa (sans costume) before heading out and around the block for some candy, in a precious pic he shared on his Facebook page.
"Trick-or-Treating with a tiny astronaut, @laurawbush, and @jennabhager" is the cute caption accompanying the snapshot.
The scrumptious 5-month-old donned a little NASA costume, complete with a white knit hat and pacifier, and was the most darling astronaut in the whole wide world.
Perhaps the inspiration came from Sandra Bullock's character in Gravity?
"Grandpa-jefe discussing astronomy with his space babe," proud mama Jenna Bush Hagercaptioned and tweeted the same pic.
Laura Bush was also on-hand for baby's first holiday and went trick-or-treating with the "first-baby-in space," captured in another photo by Mila's mom, featuring the tiny spacewoman with her grandma.

Meanwhile, the President and First Lady Michelle Obama fêted the day and handed out healthy treats at the White House to costumed cuties, who were local students and children of military families.

And even though the Obama's didn't dress up in any disguises (Michelle Obama later appeared as a cute leopard), the South Portico of the White House was decked out for the occasion, with plenty of pumpkins, spiders and cobwebs.
Spooky!

But perhaps taking the cake and title in the costume contest, even though Mila is remarkably wonderful, are Sunflower Sunny and Pirate Bo. Sunny wore yellow petals as a headdress and green leaves on her body while Bo sported a hat, complete with a dog bone instead of a skull, an eye patch and a sword.
