Kate Moss has never been shy about showing off some skin.
Such was the case at a Milan Fashion Week party Thursday night when the 39-year-old supermodel stepped on the red carpet in high waist denim pants, a black blazer and a sheer striped top with no bra underneath.
Seemingly unfazed by her nip slip, Moss was later spotted chatting and holding hands with pal Donatella Versace at the Stuart Weitzman bash, and posed with the fashion mogul himself.

The model recently starred in Weitzman's short film, Made for Walking, in which she strutted around London wearing the brand's boots to Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made For Walking."
Perhaps Moss' body-baring moment was preparation for her upcoming Playboyshoot?
To ring in her 40th birthday Jan. 16, Moss will grace the cover of the men's magazine's December issue, which will take a look back at Playboy's 60 years in the business.
And she's set to bare all.
The mag confirmed Moss will take it all off for a full frontal spread shot by fashion photographers Marcus Pigott and Mert Atlas.
Following her appearance at Weitzman's soiree, Moss and her hubby Jamie Hince enjoyed a romantic dinner together in Portofino, where they packed on the PDA before making their way back to London, according to Popsugar.
